The Circle of Excellence is a non-profit association under Belgian law. Think tank and operational body at the same time, the Circle aims to be the manifestation of an African diaspora without complexes, which will lead or contribute to a set of projects that will allow it, (working in a coordinated way, respecting certain values) to generate income.
