Our values
alues are principles to which ways of being and acting must conform.
These rules of conduct being those that a person or a community recognizes as ideal and that make the beings to whom they are attributed desirable and estimable.
Those retained within the Circle of Excellence and which must be taken into account in our actions are universal

The man Every human being is important, and therefore their well-being must be at the centre of our priorities.
Nature Man is only one of nature's living species and his life is totally dependent on it. Therefore, if he wants to survive, he must respect it and above all protect it.
The work Within the circle, we recognize, respect and value all organized and useful human activity, whether manual or intellectual.
We believe that work is the path par excellence that educates, trains, develops, values, liberates and fulfils man.
Courage to live, you have to fight against multiple fears. Without courage, there would be no entrepreneurs.
The brave one is not unconscious. He has a good vision of the danger and the risks involved, but the cause he defends and his sense of duty drive him to defend firm positions and not to back down.
Sharing As during the Circle of Excellence Reflection Dinners, meetings within the Circle of Excellence should be moments of reunion and sharing of experiences between members, personalities and partner associations.
Solidarity we wish the participation of all (members, personalities, partner associations and member companies) in the collective effort and project of the Circle of Excellence. Solidarity in sharing the effort is the "knot" of our collective success.
